It will be required to have a card on file for your apt. Your card information is completely confidential and stored securely on the program I pay for. I do not have access to view any of the information besides the last 4 of the card number. This will hold your time slot for your apt. and will be the card ran in case of a no show/cancelation fee which will be described later. 

Apt time is crucial, please be on time. If you are late, I will not be able to honor the entire time limit and it will be deducted from the massage time to keep me punctual for the rest of the clients. If I am late returning from a break, I will honor the entire time limit with a 10% off the service price. This holds us both accountable :). Your allotted time includes consultation, dressing and payment. 

 

There are ALWAYS clients in pain trying to get in for an emergency/last minute session. For this reason, I request that you cancel no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow me to offer your spot to another client. Please do this through text only (928-322-1440) to ensure it gets received in a timely manner. Without proper notice, a 100% cancelation fee may be incurred. 

Any inappropriate gestures or comments will result in immediately ending the session. Your card will be run for the full amount of the appointment, and you will also be restricted from any future bookings or services offered by my business.

Booking can be done on the website, app, or by texting. I am not great at returning calls or voicemails. The fastest to secure an apt is online, I do ask for your patience when texting me to book your apt. since I am either with a client, my family or I am responding to multiple texts regarding the booking for the week.
