A Warm Welcome From Sarah
Sarah’s practice is centered on the profound belief that wellness begins with being truly present and comfortable within one’s own body. She specializes in "holding space," creating a sanctuary where patients can connect with themselves and gently allow long-held physical patterns to shift. With a deep understanding that the body can carry pain and trauma in ways we don't always realize, Sarah is dedicated to facilitating a safe environment for letting go and inviting in new, vibrant energy.
Earning her Master of Science in Acupuncture (MS LAc) from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City, Sarah brings a highly specialized, hands-on approach to the Safford community. Her work is a unique, integrative blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Kiiko Matsumoto style, and Trigger Point Therapy. A firm believer in the power of patient education, she empowers those she works with through personalized insights into dietary health, movement, and breathwork. While Sarah welcomes all seeking a deeper connection to their wellbeing, she holds a special passion for supporting athletes and helping women navigate health goals around fertility and hormonal transitions
Before finding her calling in the healing arts, Sarah’s journey included a career as an archivist and librarian in magazine publishing. A native of the Hudson Valley, her love for the outdoors—as a runner, skier, and climber—informs her appreciation for the body’s incredible resilience. Now a proud practitioner in the Gila Valley, Sarah is dedicated to facilitating a safe, transformative space for those ready to let go of what no longer serves them and embrace a path to optimal health.

We look forward to meeting you & taking you on your healing journey. With heart and soul, Kimberly & Bryant
